1. An established relationship with the Lord
From the book of Genesis, we see where God came down in the cool of the day to talk with Adam. God is open to hear from us and have a conversation. The relationship God wants with us is one of friendship. John 15:13 says,
“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” A friend shares the concerns of the heart. When you hurt, he cares about that, which is why he said cast all your care upon him for he cares for you 1Peter 5:7.
2. Temptations will be avoided
Luke 22: 46 says, we shall pray that we fall not into temptation.
That is requesting that God keep or mind and heart on him and the power to resist the enemy.
When persons fall into temptation, the consequences are not good. Therefore, it is better to avoid such things than suffer. Asking God to keep your heart on him and his words helps. Pray for godly desires rather than being drawn away in the lust of the eyes or pride of life
3. Healing granted
We never know who God will heal, but we know when faith is the center of asking something changes. It is our faith that moves the hand of God. By his stripes, we are healed, and that is past tense.
Simply put, already done. James 5:16 speaks of healing for our faults. How many times have you felt short, wanting to do a good, but mercy finds you? It is talking to God, and he hears and delivers.
So, the prayer of a righteous man is significant, When we reflect in the bible.
4. Secret time with God
Taking time to shut the doors to the outer world and talk with the heavenly father is precious. Psalms 85:8 says,
“I will hear what God the Lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.”
Don’t you want the peace of God? Unfortunately, the cares of life can get one on a roller coaster of things to do that one might forget to take a break. Then the gap may be more cluttered, such as dining out or going to a family event that does not equal that time with God.
Neither is time in a cluster of people praying. Secret time is you and God alone. Imagine the tranquility of the atmosphere than the presence of God in the midst. I do not know about you, but alone time with God revitalizes me.
5. Requests heard—nothing taken for granted
When we carry everything to God in prayer, he is open to hearing all requests. So let those requests be with thanksgiving.
All things should be made known to God, says in Philippians 4:6. God supplies all our needs, and what better way to voice our concerns but through prayer. Petitions are, granted because we know he hears us. We have that confidence that his ears are never close and believe that he rewards those who seek him.
6. Prayers bring forgiveness
In our father’s prayer, forgiveness is asked for oneself and to forgive others. If you are truthful many times, you have prayed, and God answers. But, it is the prayer of the broken heart and a contrite spirit that God heals and delivers.
It may seem simple, but belief, for what one asked. So Lord said to ask, and he will give.
Failing to make your desires known to God is choosing to remain trapped in slavery by the spirit of unforgiving. You may have done someone wrong and feel bad about it, but when you go to the person and let them know you are sorry, you feel better when pardon.
.
7. God will give new revelations
God is a revealer of secrets. The secrets shown are personal, in society and his intentions.
Jeremiah 3:3 “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”
God promises to answer and show things you can not understand. Remember, the things of God are spiritual, discerned.
8. God is in the mid
“For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” (Matthew 18:20)
Call God by his name, and he will show up. God is the one that cleans our hearts. He is the one that washes away our sins and makes us white. The one that purifies us is omnipresent and is always in our conversation. And over Philippians four, it did say, “whatsoever things are pure and just,
think on these things.” We are to meditate on the things of the Lord.
9. Broken spirits are renewed
One may find themselves at a place of oppression because life struggles grow intensely, boxing in one hope. One may even feel like life is being drawn from them, wondering how they can go on. Nevertheless, whenever the weakest saint bow in prayer, a transformation in the spirit occurs. Communicating with the Lord brings joy that overtakes hopelessness, burdens lifted, and there is praise in one’s mouth. So comfort and peace of mind now experience. You feel rejuvenated and ready to go again. You feel safe in the arms of the Lord when you call on Him.
“Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you” Jeremiah 29:12
God does not turn a deaf ear on to our prayers. As our father, there is no turning away from us, but his arms are open, his mind is available, and he’s listening to hear us come to him. The Lord wants to carry our burdens are so we cast all responsibilities on him. Tell him what is happening, express one’s feelings.
He is more than ready with a solution with his BS.
He is prepared to comfort and uplift the spirit, Also grants direction to see when persecution and the times of oppressions are upon us. Yet he breaks every plot of the enemy when asked in faith believing. As the potter, he is the master of designs. So be pliable in his hands so you are remained when broken.
You may think how can God mend someone as broken as I am caught up in the wrong things for so long but he is in agony the longer you stay away. Surely his ears is listening for your call, ready to do the impossible for you.
10. Clarity is, obtained
Ever felt a loss as to the direction in your life or that of your loved one? The place of prayer is where one can find solace. The mind can become clouded with decisiveness, but the Lord brings clear visions when we talk to him. Proverbs 16:3 says,
“Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.”
You want an organization for your way of thinking because when thoughts are scattered, nothing gets done. God is a God of order, and we see that from creation.
Look at how he made the things of the earth and consider separating the light from the darkness. God does not want chaos for you but fulfilling yet straightforward.
Choosing to put God at the head is a wise decision for expert advice brings out strategic planning.
