Four Analytic Perspectives
Knowing one’s thought process is imperative to a process outcome. As one’s thought-forms into action, the reflection is the character. It is how a person deportment who are you? What do you think of yourself? As the dictionary puts it, the thought process uses one’s mind to consider something to retrieve in this concept. One can process thoughts in several different ways. Isaiah 5:12 says,
“Therefore do my thoughts cause me to answer…”
Every word coming out of our mouth first begins with a thought, and that is why Jesus said, a man is defile by what comes out of him. If one wants to be known as an encourager, they will be issuing encouragement to whosoever they meet. Over time, characters are, built; therefore, wise choices are imperative to molding self into a good personality pleasing to God and self.
An analytic thought process
The analytic thought process is, used to solve problems to gather information to put things in perspective. Often use this to plan our lives and make decisions. We are choosing the path and selecting the course of our lives. One cannot allow how we think to push us into a corner or become obnoxious that others can not stand being around us. Intellect was given to man when God created him, and that capability allows one to make decisions and take action. The concept of right and wrong was also open from the Garden of Eden. It was the man that named the animals, birds, and creeping things. God knows the ability He gave us. Therefore the choices one makes depends on how the mind is, trained.
Have you wonder how a person developed strong personal skills while another is weak, quickly falling into bad habits. The bible is never wrong. It is all in the way we were grown. Fear is driven in a child because an adult scared them each time they encounter a technical situation. Yet, a child taught a strategical approach to a problem gets better at it.
However, the thoughts our parents have for us as are reasonable. They want us to aspire to be great in life, have a productive career, maybe marry and have children. They do not want us to suffer like any illness or loss. While their intentions are good, they cannot make those good things come to fruition unless one wants the same things. We can look at our past and uses it as a lesson for correct and growth changing our future. Knowing what one wants allows for a charted path leading to success. I did not get here overnight, but as life goes on, I occasionally take an inventory to see where I am and where I want to go. During these analytical times, I seek God for directions and then create a plan for the pathway to my goals. Do I always get it right? Most times, relenting is not an option for me. I re-strategize, looking at my failed attempts to find my error in the process. Sometimes it was because I did not listen keenly to God, so I missed the precise instructions, and at other times I was disobedient, seeking the easy way out.
“Commit your works to the Lord, And your thoughts will be established.”
Proverbs 16:3
In establishing self, we find God
One does not want their labor to be in vain because of failure to acknowledge God. Yes, many flourish without God, but what price did they pay to get there and stay there. Is selling one’s soul to the devil worth it when the end is eternal damnation? God made wealth, but He did say if riches increased, lay not your heart on it. So selling one’s character for means is never good.
On the other hand, God does not want one to be in constant need. When we study the bible, many wealthy persons, Abraham, Job, and Solomon, walked with God. Salomon was one of the richest men yet said all is vanity. Suppose exploiting others for gain is your game that is a wrong move. All our revenue should be with honesty as dishonesty is a characteristic that mars one moral.
When a path in life taken, ask the question, Am I able to serve God from this capacity?
Salomon, a king, called by God, asks him what he wants; Salomon asked for wisdom and knowledge. Our lives are no different. We are called to serve in whatever area we are placed. As a health care worker, I enjoy sharing joy with those I come in contact. I share hope in Christ Jesus, bringing healing to broken minds and hearts.
Take a mental check of your mood
“Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties;”
Psalms 139:23
I have said, like many. I am not in a good mood. The truth is we can choose how we want to feel. As life throughout bitterness, we can turn that into something. We can choose to love, show kindness, help those in need, forgive the offenders and have pure thoughts. The benefits are always in abundance. Our experiences teach both bad and good. Think about how one can build on people skills. You may laugh, thinking I am “crazy.” But it is all in the attitude. One can ask self, will I allow this situation to define my reaction? If so, how? Can we walk away from the person that did physical harm, maybe you may say. What about the one that defiles your character? No sustained grudge is beneficial to the one who holds that grudge. Addressing unkind or obnoxious behaviors should be done that one’s standard or self-respect is not compromised. Ephesians 5:11 says,
“And have no fellowship with unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.”

The assurance is there to reject behaviors that create a window for unfruitfulness. As children of God, we bear good fruits, emulating the characteristics of our heavenly father. Bing double-minded should not be a part of the character. It is either standing for righteousness or not.
Find your defense mode
The defense mode is the protection mode. One can find that covering by emerging in the proclamation of our Lord and savior. Where is your haven from the cares of life? Find that place that calms the anxieties and corrects the insecurities. What is that one saying or scripture that brings hope to your heart?
I remember my grandmother always sharing no matter how small or what she had, I wondered why. As I grow older, I realize the blessings that followed her and those pass on to us. My great grandmother never had an illness in her body. She had such strength in her 80’s. I grew up with favor on my life because my bloodline chose the right mood at all times, choosing happiness, joy, and peace. The bond formed were genuine that allows for long-lasting relationships with friends and family. The level of kindness paved the path for the next generation who build on those principles. We are not to grow tired of good works because our reaping season is not far-fetched. The God that honors His word will grant the reward, and you never know what that may look like, it could be healing when a life taking disease present itself or that home you wanted and the bank loan you that money. It may be the job that you have prepared for, and the opportunity opens. So, one should not lose heart.
